Whether you are an advanced, intermediate, or beginning dancer of any style, this class is for you! Sunny Davis and Jordan Jewell have joined forces to bring you the best exercises, amalgamations, information, and techniques from across the fields of yoga, pilates, and dance. We will be focusing on building overall body awareness and conditioning often neglected muscle groups to allow each individual to develop more efficient, fluid, and powerful movements.
The class will focus on evaluating and improving the following 5 areas of movement:
1) Muscular imbalances
2) Core strength
5) How to move from the core
While this ongoing class is designed for dancers, it is appropriate for any student of movement. Class drop-in is $15 per person per class.
